Well, we did a lot of planting but not much picture taking.  We received 26 donated plants from the Lincolnwood Garden club of Evanston mid-month and we were rushing to transplant the spring season candidates out of my home garden.  Here's a few shots of the gardens.  (P.S.  I'm still not much better at being a photographer.)

This is a picture of the Cottage Northwest garden bed.  Many of the Garden Club donations are in here.

In the cleared space on the lower left is a new forget-me-not from the Garden Club (Myosotis palustria).

Cleared out the front of the border of the Midwest Prairie Patch in the Cottage South garden bed, removed a number of daylilies, transplanted some goldenrod over to 1724 South, and put in the prairie plants we picked up from the Garden Club.  You'll really have to squint to see the new plantings here, but it's a start

Finally, we found a new plant growing at the back stairs of the Cottage (off the dining room).  I think it's Meadow Rue (Thalictrum), but I'll have to wait until it flowers to be sure.
